This website

This website sets no cookies until you agree to analytics in the cookie banner. Your choice itself is kept in your browser’s local storage, so the banner doesn’t ask again.

If you allow analytics, these tools may set cookies: [REVIEW: final list, e.g. Google Analytics 4 (`_ga`, `_ga_*`, up to 2 years) and Microsoft Clarity (`_clck`, `_clsk`, up to 1 year)]. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

The assistant’s chat window

The chat window, on this website and on our customers' websites, sets no cookies. It uses the browser’s storage:

• Local storage: a random visitor ID, created only when you first write, call, send the form or rate an answer, so that the business can recognise a returning visit; and, if you close the greeting bubble, a note that hides it for 7 days.
• Session storage, cleared when you close the tab: the open conversation (up to 60 messages), so it carries on when you move between pages, and whether the chat window is open.

Our panel

The panel at lovaai-app.lovasoftware.com uses cookies that are needed for it to work:

• a login cookie that keeps you signed in for 7 days;
• a cookie that remembers the panel’s language for 1 year;
• a cookie that remembers whether the side menu is open, for 7 days.

Managing storage

You can delete cookies and stored data in your browser settings at any time. Blocking them on this website changes nothing for you; blocking them in the panel will sign you out.
