Features

What it does for your visitors, and what it does for you.

The assistant lives in a chat window on your site. Everything it hears ends up in your panel: the inbox, the lead board and Insights.

In the chat window

Visitors can type, or talk it through.

The chat window opens with two choices: talk out loud or type. A call runs in the browser, with no app and no phone number, and the text box stays open during it, so an email address can be typed instead of spelled out.

The chat window’s first screen, and a voice call in progress

It answers from what you give it.

Add your website and it reads your pages. Add single pages, plain text or files (PDF, Word, text, Markdown, HTML, EPUB) for anything that isn’t online. Facts about your business come only from these sources; when the answer isn’t there, it says so and offers to pass the question on.

Knowledge sources in the panel

It shows the product instead of describing it.

When a visitor describes what they need, the matching products appear as cards with photo, name and price, read from your product pages. One tap opens the product, and suggested follow-up questions keep the conversation going.

Product cards and follow-up questions in the chat

It takes visitors to the right page.

Asked for the test-ride form or the returns policy, it opens that page in the same tab and the conversation carries on there. On a long page it can scroll to the exact section and frame it.

A page opened from the chat, and a section framed on the page

It takes the details when the visitor is ready.

Once it has helped and the visitor wants to go further, to a quote, an appointment or a call back, it asks for a name and a phone number or email, one thing at a time. In text chats it shows a short form with a consent box; call, WhatsApp and email buttons appear if you add them.

The contact form and the contact buttons

It speaks the visitor’s language.

English, German, Turkish, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch and Polish. It replies in the language the visitor writes in, and the chat window’s buttons follow the visitor’s browser.

In your panel

Every visit, in one inbox.

Each visit is one row: the whole conversation, the pages the visitor viewed, the pages the assistant opened, and the contact details if they left any. Search across everything, or filter to leads or voice calls.

The inbox: visits on the left, the selected visit’s timeline on the right

Leads move along a board.

New, contacted, won, lost. Drag a lead to the next stage, add notes, or export the board to CSV. Each new lead also reaches you by email, in Slack or as a signed webhook to your CRM.

The lead board

It tells you what it couldn’t answer.

Questions the assistant couldn’t answer from your sources are grouped in Insights, with how often they were asked. Write the answer once and it goes into your FAQ source, so the assistant knows it next time.

Also in every plan

  • Your colors and logo

Header color, logo, suggested questions, a greeting bubble and a link to your privacy notice.

  • Playground

Try it as your visitors see it, in a desktop or phone frame, and see which page and paragraph each answer came from.

  • Install check

Paste the code, and a green check appears in your panel as soon as the chat window loads on your site.

  • A voice to match

Pick the assistant’s voice from a gallery, filtered by language and gender.

  • Visitor feedback

Visitors can mark an answer as helpful or not; the unhelpful ones are flagged in your inbox.

  • Your domains only

It loads only on your website’s domain and its subdomains, so no one else can put your assistant on their site.
