How counting works
An AI reply is one answer from the assistant; voice calls are counted in minutes. When a month’s replies run out, the assistant goes quiet until the month renews or you move to a bigger plan. The trial includes 100 replies and 10 voice minutes and needs no card.

What counts as an AI reply?
Each answer the assistant sends in a text chat counts as one reply. Voice calls are counted in minutes instead, and anything typed during a call is part of the call.
What happens when I run out?
The assistant goes quiet until your month renews. You can move to a bigger plan at any time, and the larger limits apply as soon as you do.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The trial runs for 7 days with 100 replies and 10 voice minutes. When it ends, the assistant stops until you choose a plan, and nothing is charged.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from your panel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. There’s no minimum term and no setup fee.
Which currency, and what about VAT?
Prices are in US dollars. Payments are handled by Polar, which adds the VAT or sales tax for your country at checkout and sends the invoice.
Can I change plans or pay yearly?
Yes. Move up, down or to yearly billing from your panel. A year costs ten months’ worth, so two months are free.
Is voice included in every plan?
Yes. Every plan includes voice calls; the plans differ in how many minutes a month you get.
Can I use it on more than one website?
An account has one assistant. It appears on your website’s domain and all its subdomains, such as a shop and a blog under the same domain. To add another domain, write to us.
What if we need more than Business?
Write to us at hello@lovaai.example with the number of AI replies you expect each month, and we’ll put a plan together.
