On your site in three steps.

If you can add a line to your site’s footer, you can install it. Here is what each step involves.

  1. Add your website

    Sign up and enter your website’s address; the assistant starts reading your pages right away. Add single pages, text or files (PDF, Word, text, Markdown, HTML, EPUB, up to 20 MB) for anything that isn’t online.

    The trial reads up to 100 pages. Each plan reads more.

  2. Make it yours

    Give it a name, a greeting and a tone, pick its voice, and match the chat window to your colors and logo. Add a few suggested questions for the first screen, then try it in the playground, where each answer shows the page it came from.

    Nothing is live until you paste the code.

  3. Paste the code

    Copy one line from your panel and add it to every page, just before the closing body tag. It loads only on your website’s domain and its subdomains.

    A green check appears in your panel as soon as the chat window loads on your site.

The loader is about 13 KB and loads without holding up your page.

Where to paste it

The same steps your panel shows, platform by platform.

Any website
  1. 1.Open the template or layout file that every page of your site shares, such as the footer.
  2. 2.Paste the code right before the closing </body> tag.
  3. 3.Save and publish the change.

WordPress
  1. 1.In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New, search for WPCode, then install and activate it.
  2. 2.Open Code Snippets → Header & Footer.
  3. 3.Paste the code into the Footer box and click Save Changes.

If your theme has its own field for footer scripts, that works too. Avoid editing theme files directly: theme updates overwrite them.

Shopify
  1. 1.In Shopify, go to Online Store → Themes.
  2. 2.Next to your current theme, open the … menu and choose Edit code.
  3. 3.Open layout/theme.liquid, paste the code right before </body> and click Save.

  1. 1.Open Site settings → Custom code.
  2. 2.Paste the code into Footer code and click Save changes.
  3. 3.Publish your site.

Webflow allows custom code on paid site plans.

Wix
  1. 1.In your site’s dashboard, go to Settings → Custom code and click + Add Custom Code.
  2. 2.Paste the code, choose All pages and place it in Body - end.
  3. 3.Click Apply.

Wix allows custom code on Premium plans with a connected domain.

Google Tag Manager
  1. 1.In your container, go to Tags → New and choose Custom HTML.
  2. 2.Paste the code.
  3. 3.Set the trigger to All Pages and save the tag.
  4. 4.Click Submit, then Publish.

Code added through Tag Manager isn’t in the page source, so the page check can’t see it. Open your site and the live check confirms it.
